Royals Minor League Pitcher Dan Cortes was arrested early Wednesday morning after he was allegedly caught urinating on a fence near a bar Fayetteville, Arkansas. The 22-year-old Cortes is charged with public intoxication and disorderly conduct. Highly touted basketball recruit Xavier Henry told 610 Sports Radio exclusively late Tuesday night "I'm going to Kansas and that's final."  There was some doubt as to his commitment after his father, Carl Henry told 610 Sports Radio's Chris and Cowboy that Kentucky may still be an option.   Henry says a recent article in the KC Star painted the family in a bad light and that Xavier had expressed a few weeks ago a desire to play with some recruits committed to Kentucky.  Click here to listen to the full interview.
